When:
Clinics are held the first Thursday of each month, except August (held the second Thursday).
No clinics are scheduled for months of January, February, and July.
Clinics scheduled for 2008 are as follows:
March 6; April 3; May 1; June 5; August 14; September 4; October 2; November 6; and December 4.

Where:
Clinics are held in the Valley Hospital Auditorium on the ground level of the hospital's main campus.
Participants can park and enter through the hospital's main entrance where they will be directed to the Conference Center Auditorium.
Cost:
The fee for the clinic is $35, due the night of the clinic on site.
Only checks, payable to: The Valley Hospital", will be accepted. No cash please.
Pre-Registration:
All participants must pre-register via telephone at 1-800-VALLEY 1 (1-800-825-5391) .
Personal Data Forms will be completed by each participant on site just prior to the clinic. On-site registration is not guaranteed.
Time:
Registration and material are given starting at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
The clinic presentation will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and end approximately at 10 p.m. Late arrivals may not be able to complete the clinic.
